Confidentiality

Editors and every editorial staff must not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the authors, reviewers, potential reviewers, other relevant editorial board members, and the publisher, as appropriate.

Reviewers should identify relevant published works that have not been cited by the author. Statements that observations, derivations, or arguments have been previously reported should be accompanied by relevant citations. Reviewers should also inform the editor if there is substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published article.

Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
