PERAN KOMUNITAS RACIKA PALM DALAM PENGELOLAAN SUMBER DAYA AIR BERKELANJUTAN DI KABUPATEN BATANG

Aktivitas manusia telah memicu perubahan lingkungan global yang berdampak pada iklim dan kualitas air, sementara pengelolaan air sebelumnya belum berkelanjutan. Dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan dan keterbatasan ketersediaan air, diperlukan pendekatan baru dalam pengelolaan sumber daya air. Di Indonesia, tantangan utama muncul dari aspek sosial, terutama keterlibatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan Narrative Literature Review (NLR). Partisipasi masyarakat dalam Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) telah lama ditekankan, terutama melalui pendekatan Bottom-Up Planning & Management yang menempatkan komunitas sebagai aktor utama pengelolaan. Studi terhadap komunitas Racika Palm menunjukkan adanya inovasi sosial melalui program konservasi DAS, reboisasi hulu–hilir, pemberdayaan masyarakat, edukasi pemanfaatan sumber air, serta advokasi melalui TKPSDA. Namun, pengembangan partisipasi masih menghadapi keterbatasan finansial dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi. Pemanfaatan media sosial dan penerapan Smart Water Management (SWM) diperlukan untuk memperkuat efektivitas program. Dengan keterlibatan aktif komunitas, visi pengelolaan sumber daya air terpadu dapat lebih mudah diwujudkan.
